Cancellation Policy

Appointments --If you find yourself running behind schedule for your appointment, you will have a 10 minute grace period to show up. Your appointment will be cancelled after 15 minutes. You must reschedule your appointment with a new deposit. If I am running behind I will try my best to send a courtesy text. --Please come with BARE nails/toes if you are a 1st time client or there will be a $6 removal charge. Gel polish removal is free for any returning client that we've serviced. --When scheduling an appointment please be sure to book all services you want, no add-ons once appt starts. Please make sure to read each service description before booking. Cancellations/No Shows You will automatically be charged 50% of the service fee if you have not cancelled at least 24 hours before your appointment time or if you become a NO SHOW. If your card on file is not able to be charged, you will be BLOCKED from any future appointments until your balance is paid. ​ 1 on 1 Course --After paying your deposit you are allowed ONE reschedule within 30 days. Once 30 days has passed from the missed course date, a new deposit is required to reschedule. --$100 NON-refundable deposit with Kit / $50 NON-refundable deposit without kit --NO extra people NO KIDS (NO EXCEPTIONS). ​ Cellphones I know we all love our phones but I would like to ask that you be mindful of what you're doing on your phone while being serviced. Hands need to be in free form and relaxed at all times. I will ask that you put your phone away if it becomes a problem during your service. Payments Cash or Card (Credit or Debit) Owner has the right to change services or pricing at any time.
