Booking Policy

PLEASE READ BOOKING POLICY BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT. REMEMBER IT IS THE CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY AND NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT 

Hello everyone, thank you for allowing me to service you, please read before booking.

Unfortunately, the site doesn't allow you to add multiple services to a cart. You MUST book each service separately, please pay attn to time frames. Feel free to call/text(317-737-7368 if assistance is needed while booking.

 

Appointments

  • If you find yourself running behind schedule for your appointment, you will have a 10 minute grace period to show up. Your appointment will be cancelled after 15 minutes. You must reschedule appointment with new deposit.  If I am running behind I will try my best to send a courtesy text.

 

  • Please come with BARE nails/toes if you are a 1st time client or there will be a $6 removal charge. Gel polish removal is free for any returning client that we serviced. 

 

  •  When scheduling an appointment please be sure to book all services you want, no add-ons once appt starts.  Please make sure to read each service description before booking. 

 

Cancellations/No Shows

  • You will automatically be charged 50% of service fee if you have not cancelled at least 24 hours before your appointment time or if you become a NO SHOW.  If your card on file is not able to be charged, you will be BLOCKED from any future appointments until balance is paid. 

Covid 19 Guidelines

  • NO face mask, NO service (you can have one provided for $3)

  • $12 NON-refundable deposit ($10 goes toward service. $2 for service fee)

  • NO extra people NO KIDS (NO EXCEPTIONS) unless being serviced. 

  • SPECIAL NOTE: Concerns of infections or disease, such as diabetes, CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN FIRST!!

  • Be sure of the set you book, due to timing.

  • If you will be returning, please book next appointment before leaving due to the high volume of clients and appointment inquiries.

  • No FOOD, small snacks and beverages are permitted. 

Cellphones

I know we all love our phones but I would like to ask that you be mindful of what you're doing on your phone while being serviced. Hands need to be free form and relaxed at all times. I will ask that you put your phone away if it becomes a problem during your service.

Cash or Card (Credit or Debit) 

 

Owner has the right to change services or pricing at any time.
