Booking PolicyDeposit: We require a $12 nonrefundable deposit which goes towards your full service; There is a $2 processing fee, which is not included in the total. The total remaining balance can be paid in cash, credit or debit card. CASH APP, ZELLE, APPLEPAY, PAYPAL, VENMO, CHIME ARE NOT ACCEPTED forms of payment. All clients are REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK, NO MASK...NO APPOINTMENT! If you feel under the weather PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT! IF YOU HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO COVID DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT I allow a 15 min grace period. After that ALL appointments will be CANCELLED. Same day cancellations: We recommend at least a 2 hour notice. If not, you could be subject to block list and fee of missed appointment must to be paid before you can book again. NO EXTRA GUEST ARE ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS! No CHILDREN are allowed under ANY circumstances unless being serviced Please be adviced to book “Nail Repairs” when missing from set. AppointmentsIf you find yourself running behind schedule for your appointment, you will have a 10 minute grace period to show up. Your appointment will be cancelled after 15 minutes. You must reschedule your appointment with a new deposit. If I am running behind I will try my best to send a courtesy text. Please come with BARE nails/toes if you are a 1st time client or there will be a $6 removal charge. Gel polish removal is free for any returning client that we've serviced. When scheduling an appointment please be sure to book all services you want, no add-ons once appt starts. Please make sure to read each service description before booking.

Cancellations/ No ShowsYou will automatically be charged 50% of the service fee if you have not cancelled at least 24 hours before your appointment time or if you become a NO SHOW. If your card on file is not able to be charged, you will be BLOCKED from any future appointments until your balance is paid.

RescheduleIf you need to reschedule please do so with a 24 hour notice, your deposit will only transfer ONCE within the next 7 days.

Pre-Appointment PrepHands and feet MUST be bare if you are a 1st time client. We will upcharge for any product removal. I DO NOT WORK OVER ANYONE ELSE’S WORK‼️

Can I bring my kids and/or guests with me while I get serviced?As a courtesy to our other guests, children and guests are not allowed unless being served.
