Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Estimated shipping times: North America: 3-5 business days. Europe: 7-14 business days. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Customs and import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

How do I find out my nail size?

We offer a nail sizing kit for: $6

This is by far the most accurate way to size yourself for all future orders, and you can order your sizing kit in any of our nail shapes. Sizing kits ship the next business day!

If you don't feel like waiting for a sizing kit, you can measure your nails width-wise in mm and I will match them to our existing nail sizes.

What do I receive with my nails?

Every order comes with everything you need to apply your nails!

You will recieve:
•1 set of 10 Press on Nails (multiple sets supplied upon purchase)
•Detailed instructions for application and removal (includes some of my personal Press-On tips and tricks!)
•Complete nail prep set: cuticle pusher, prep wipes, mini nail file/buffer, 2 gram nail glue and a sheet of nail tabs so you are ready to go!

How long will my nails stay on?

Nail tabs will give you 1-2 days of wear, and nail glue will last 1-3 weeks. Our nail sets can be re-used, and with proper care they will last you through many applications!

When will my order ship?

Press On Nails: Due to our high order volume, current creation time for handmade sets is around is 7 days. Turn around times are subject to change, although we will contact you if your order is delayed for any reason. Please keep in mind that all nail sets are made to order and created in in the order they were received. All Starr Studded nail sets are handmade solely by me, Starr!

Sizing Kits: Our sizing kits ship within 3-5 business days!

How long does shipping take?

How much you pay for shipping at checkout will determine how fast your order gets to you. Here is a basic guide of the USPS shipping times we currently offer:

First Class Mail: 3-7 days
Priority Mail: 1-3 days
Priority Mail Express: Guaranteed next day before 3PM

Canada: 7-10 days Everywhere Else: 7-21 days

I entered the wrong address/my order was misdelivered! What happens now?

I ship all orders to the exact address entered, so please take care to make sure there are no typos or extra/missing numbers. Remember to include your apartment number if you have one!

Starr Studded Nail Lounge is not financially responsible for incorrect addresses, typos, postal worker errors, etc. Customers must pay to reship items that have bounced back to me. If your order is returned to us by USPS for any reason, I will contact you asking for another address to ship to. I then link you to a custom listing with shipping fees. In general, reshipping an order is less than $3.

If you enter the wrong address or think you have made a typo, don't be afraid to notify me immediately so I can catch it before your shipping label is printed!

What happens if I order the wrong size?

All of my nails are handmade with love and hours of hard work, so unfortunately I cannot be responsible if the wrong size is ordered. I have a sizing guide with measurement instructions in my FAQ and in every listing AND sizing kits are available to safeguard against this!

Do you accept cancellations or returns?

I gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

After the 24 hours you are agreeing to wait for your item to be made and no refunds will be issued.

Due to the handmade nature of my products, all sales are final (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state. This rarely happens, but if so, please email and include 1 or more images of the item(s).

Can I bring my kids and/or guests with me while I get serviced?

As a courtesy to our other guests children and guests are not allowed unless being served.
